What You Will Do:
• Support the installation, setup, and onboarding of laboratory systems
• Provide technical and application support to customers
• Conduct training sessions for laboratory professionals
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain laboratory systems
• Support validation activities and testing of new features
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve laboratory workflows

What We Are Looking For:
• Degree or background in Biology, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Medical  

  Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with laboratory or medical equipment is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English (required)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender and Contracts Specialist to join our team and support tender participation, contract management, and compliance-related activities.

If you enjoy working with documentation, coordinating processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do:
• Search for and analyze tender opportunities (government agencies, international organizations, and foreign companies)
• Prepare and submit tender documentation and applications
• Coordinate and review documents with internal departments
• Prepare, manage, and monitor contracts
• Track contract deadlines, deliveries, payments, and supporting documentation
• Maintain and update the tender and contract database
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers on documentation and commercial matters
• Support medical device registration activities, as required
• Participate in Compliance and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives

What We Are Looking For:
• Degree or background in Economics, Law, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
• Previous experience in tendering is an advantage
• Understanding of contract administration and import procedures is a plus
• Fluent Russian and Turkmen; English at Intermediate level or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools; knowledge of 1C and Bitrix24 is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learn and develop professionally
